1. Who we are

Scalia Systems ("we", "us") is an obrt in formation — legal name, OIB, and address to be added upon registration — remote-first, providing content creation and social media management services. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website, contact us, or become a client.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide directly, through our contact form, booking form, or email:

• Name
• Email address
• Company or personal brand name
• Social media links
• Message content, including desired service scope and budget range

If you become a client, we additionally collect: raw video footage you send us for content production, information needed to prepare quotes and invoices, and communication related to the engagement.

• Responding to your inquiry and scheduling a call
• Preparing quotes and formalizing an agreement
• Delivering the agreed Services (content production and publishing)
• Invoicing and bookkeeping
• Improving our website

4. We do not process your audience's data

Scalia Systems does not access or process personal data belonging to your followers, customers, or message senders on your social media accounts. You remain the sole data controller for your own audience's data; our service is limited to producing and publishing content.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We use the following tools and service providers, which may process some of your data on our behalf:

• Content and planning tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Higgsfield)
• Editing software used by our editor
• Calendly (call scheduling)
• Lovable (website building and hosting)
• If we introduce a newsletter in future, we will use a recognized email marketing platform (e.g. Mailchimp or Brevo) and update this policy accordingly

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data retention

Inquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for up to 1 (one) year. Active client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward, in line with legal bookkeeping obligations.
